A licensed Texas real estate professional since 1999, Celina Ross brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to every client relationship. Her background extends beyond traditional real estate sales into residential remodeling, construction, investment properties, historic homes, waterfront prepares, acreage and land.
After years of helping families buy and sell homes throughout Seguin and the surrounding communities, Celina founded Celina Ross Realty with a simple vision: create a boutique brokerage where clients receive experienced guidance, honest communication and truly personal service.

Gia Ross brings a fresh perspective, local knowledge and genuine enthusiasm to Celina Ross Realty. Working alongside her mother, Celina, Gia helps buyers navigate the home-buying process with patience, responsiveness and personal attention.
As part of a mother-daughter brokerage, Gia has the benefit of combining her own growing real estate experience with Celina’s decades of knowledge. We recently worked on transaction involving an older single-wide manufactured home. To say it was a “challenge” would be an huge understatement.
The home needed work to qualify for financing and was in the flood plain, the seller needed to walk away with X number of dollars and the buyer needed help to cover closing costs and loan expenses.
